Chicken Broast
Ingreients Required
- chiken 1kg medium size portion
- cooking oil 3 cups /500 ml for deep frying
- chicken broast masala 1 packet
Steps of cooking
- wash chicken and coat each portion evenly with chicken broast masala
- in a deep pot heat oil (180 c / 356 f)
- fry few pieces at a time for about 10 minutes.turn occasionally.(Reduce the heat if the crust stars to brown too quickly)Repeat for remaining chicken pieces.
Serving suggestion
- Serve hot with Tamarind Chutney
